Meet
Jessica DiCentes founded Prosper & Co. Estate Sales. Kentucky born and raised, she spent time in Maine before making North Georgia home.
Her love of antiques started with her grandmother — antique stores, flea markets, and the pieces in her grandmother’s own house. She bought her first antique at twelve and learned early that part of the fun was negotiating: knowing what something was worth, and not being afraid to ask for a better deal.
She studied real estate in college and completed her Georgia licensing, and holds a degree in Psychology focused on consumer behavior. After seven moves in twenty years, she knows firsthand how much a move asks of a family.
Today she handles both sides — the contents and the closing — as one coordinated process instead of multiple vendors and handoffs. She listens, does her homework, and isn’t afraid to negotiate on her clients’ behalf.
Meet
Brenna MacDonald is the Project Manager at Prosper & Co., with more than ten years in customer service, client relationships, organization and merchandise management.
With a background in Art History, she has a natural appreciation for the craftsmanship and stories behind the things people collect and pass down. She is currently working toward her credentials through the International Society of Appraisers.
She keeps the many moving pieces of a sale organized and on track — preparing merchandise, coordinating details, and keeping communication open with clients. She understands a sale is about more than preparing a home: it is about taking care with someone’s belongings and creating an experience that feels professional, respectful and manageable for the family.
